DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.
The estimates delivery and processing speeds vary by pricing options.

"Standard" orders typically take 20 - 40 business days (M-F, excluding holidays)

"Express" orders typically take 10 -20 business days (M-F, excluding holidays)
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships. In case of "Unsuccessful Delivery" customers are responsible for contacting, pick up and any additional fees or taxes to retrieved / resend the package. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees, but cannot guarantee against any unexpected expenses.
RISK OF LOSS
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by customer passes to customer upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Moto923 is the seller of record for purchases made by buyers shopping from the Thailand. Replacement of products and credits applied to customer account for shipped items claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, and we may require customer to sign and return an affidavit before looking into customer claim. Customer may not under any circumstances make claims on the product. We will replace products and credit your account at our discretion.
RISK OF DAMAGE FOUND ON DELIVERY
Risk of damaged product during delivery process may be claimed with delivery providers (or other if any). Customer need to provide infomation according to below.
1. The product and original package remain in "UNUSED & NEW CONDITION". All label and protect sticker aren't removed.
2. Full video clip & photo sending to crm@moto923.com within 24 hours after received the packaged. The video clip & photo must include as below
- Video & Photo : Full clear resolution without editing
- Video : Before and while unpacking the package.
- Video : All product views and damaged area (front, back, left, right, top, bottom)
- Photo : Damaged area
Replacement of products and credits applied to customer account for shipped items claimed as damaged during delivery process subject to our investigation, and we may require customer to sign and return an affidavit before looking into customer claim. Customer may not under any circumstances make claims on the product. We will replace products and credit your account at our discretion.
RETURNS
All sales with Moto923 are final.

Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
